Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Ramras: Page 1, line 2, following "age" (title amendment): Insert "and relating to expiration of identification cards issued to persons under 21 years of age" Page 2, following line 17: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 5. AS 18.65.310 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: (k) An identification card issued to a person under 21 years of age expires 90 days after the person reaches 21 years of age." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative T. Wilson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
