SB 116 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18, 2009, calendar (page 1101), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 116(FIN) "An Act making a special appropriation for energy assistance for Alaska residents; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSB 116(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 116(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Austerman, Buch, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Doogan, Edgmon, Fairclough, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Herron, Holmes, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Keller, Kelly, Kerttula, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Petersen, Ramras, Salmon, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Tuck, Wilson Absent: Foster And so, CSSB 116(FIN) passed the House. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 116(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and returned to the Senate. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 6:00 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 5:12 p.m.
