Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representatives Chenault, Seaton, Fairclough, Johnson, P. Wilson, Millett, Olson, and Kelly: Page 2, following line 16: Insert new material to read: "WHEREAS the availability of liquefied natural gas at a local gas plant for distribution by truck would alleviate the high price of liquefied petroleum energy for many cities and villages on the Kenai Peninsula; and" Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 3 was adopted.
