    Requesting the Department of Natural Resources and the                                                                      
    Department of Revenue to prepare biannual reports to the                                                                    
    legislature on the status of the project licensed under the Alaska                                                          
    Gasline Inducement Act.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Ramras moved and asked unanimous consent to
