Amendment No. 1, Part B: Page 2, line 12, following "hydroelectric power": Insert "where it has no material negative impact on fish populations," Amendment to Amendment No. 1, Part B was offered by Representative Crawford: Delete "material" Insert "substantial" Representative Crawford moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 1, Part B be adopted. Representative Johnson objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment to Amendment No. 1, Part B was adopted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1, Part B as amended be adopted?"
