Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 492) on the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7 am                                                                                        
    Relating to awarding the Alaska Decoration of Honor to certain

Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                               
amendment to HCR 7 am, thus adopting SCS HCR 7(STA), and
