A message dated April 14, 2009, was sent to the Senate stating that an                                                          
engrossing error failed to remove the effective date in the title of                                                            
HOUSE BILL NO. 137 am.  The following corrected version was                                                                     
printed:                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 137 am                                                                                                       
    "An Act relating to an interstate compact on educational                                                                    
    opportunity for military children; amending Rules 4 and 24,                                                                 
    Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure."
