Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 280(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Gara and Hawker: Page 9, line 31: Delete "$15,000,000" Insert "the lesser of $15,000,000 or 25 percent of the costs incurred to establish the gas storage facility" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Hawker objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. CSHB 280(FIN) was automatically in third reading.
