Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 134(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 156 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 1, 2009, calendar (page 673), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 156 "An Act relating to municipal fees charged for disposal of waste material from the substantial rehabilitation, renovation, demolition, removal, or replacement of a structure on deteriorated property." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 156 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 2, line 3, following "in the ordinance.": Insert "An ordinance may limit the exemption as it applies to deteriorated property to those eligible properties for which the exemption is needed to make the project economically feasible as that term is defined in the ordinance adopted under this subsection." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Lynn objected.
