    "An Act relating to availability of state transportation facilities                                                         
    and state-owned or state-operated transportation modes for

Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
CSHB 114(TRA) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,
