Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 114(TRA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kerttula: Page 1, line 14, following "tort": Insert ", except for an act or omission that constitutes gross negligence or reckless or intentional misconduct," Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ramras objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
