The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 113(FIN) Second Reading Amendment No. 2 YEAS: 4 NAYS: 15 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 VACANT: 1 Yeas: Bunde, Dyson, Therriault, Wagoner Nays: Davis, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wielechowski and so, Amendment No. 2 failed. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN) was automatically in third reading. Senator Therriault moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 3. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Therriault offered Amendment No. 3 : Amend section --, Department of Natural Resources, by adding a new subsection to read: (--) The sum of $2,700,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Natural Resources, for gas pipeline implementation (AGIA), for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. This subsection needs a July 1, 2009 effective date.
