The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 185 "An                                                                  
Act relating to sex offenders and child kidnappers" and recommended

                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(STA) "An Act                                                                     
             relating to sex offenders and child kidnappers; and
