The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                                                                  
SENATE BILL NO. 151 "An Act relating to cardiopulmonary                                                                         
resuscitation and first aid classes for initial applicants for driver's                                                         
licenses and instruction permits" and recommended it be replaced with                                                           
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 151(HES) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid                                                               
          training for initial applicants for driver's licenses and                                                             
          instruction permits; and providing for an effective
