compensation benefits; and providing for an effective date" and

          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 120(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to disclosure of certain information from the                                                                
          records of the Department of Labor and Workforce                                                                      
          Development and limiting the use of the disclosed                                                                     
          information, and to the calculation and payment of                                                                    
          unemployment compensation benefits; and providing
