Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. President Green lifted the call. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the first supplemental calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 307 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 307(JUD) "An Act relating to penalizing certain misdemeanor assaults as felonies" be moved after the first supplemental calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. Consideration of the First Supplemental Calendar Second Reading of Senate Bills SB 306 SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act relating to the adoption of conservation, development, and utilization regulations by the Board of Game to address concerns relating to public assets" was read the second time. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 306 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act relating to the adoption of conservation, development, and utilization regulations by the Board of Game to address concerns relating to public assets" pass the Senate?"
