Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to return to messages from the House. Without objection, the Senate returned to: Messages from the House SB 255 Message dated April 11 was read, stating the Speaker respectfully requests the following be returned: SENATE BILL NO. 255 am H "An Act relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and related assets; relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain assets and projects of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; providing for an effective date by amending an effective date in sec. 3, ch. 117, SLA 2000, as amended by sec. 2, ch. 74, SLA 2003; and providing for an effective date" and SENATE BILL NO. 255 "An Act relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and related assets; and providing for an effective date." President Green stated the bill would be returned to the House as requested. Without objection, it was so ordered. Consideration of the Calendar HB 307 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 307(FIN) "An Act relating to penalizing certain misdemeanor domestic violence assaults as felonies" was read the second time.
