SENATE BILL NO. 255 "An Act relating to refunding of certain                                                                    
outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                               
Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and                                                            
related assets; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 255 "An Act relating
