Senators Wielechowski, French, Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 212 "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for certain children and pregnant women; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Ellis moved for the adoption of the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
