SB 212 Senator Ellis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 212 "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for certain children and pregnant women; and providing for an effective date."
