The enclosed bill decreases the fee to $25.00 for all business licenses,

The bill is necessary to show that Alaska is open and ready to attract

          registration and vehicle impoundment and forfeiture                                                                   
          for failure to have mandatory motor vehicle                                                                           
          insurance, and authorizing hearings after suspension
