The reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                                                        
31(RES) Opposing the enactment of the Protect America's Wildlife                                                                
Act of 2007 that intends to prohibit aerial hunting of wildlife, which is                                                       
essential for predator control in Alaska, was not taken up this                                                                 
legislative day and the resolution was signed by the President and

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                
the twenty-four hour notice and publication requirements be waived                                                              
on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2(FIN) Proposing an                                                                        
amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska requiring an                                                               
affirmative vote of the people before any form of gambling for profit                                                           
may be authorized in Alaska and setting other requirements, for the                                                             
Finance Committee meeting at 9:00 a.m., April 12. Without objection,
