Uniform Rule 23 be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 317 "An Act                                                                         
eliminating the limit on compassionate gifts that a legislator or                                                               
legislative employee may solicit, accept, or receive under the                                                                  
Legislative Ethics Act; and providing for an effective date" for the                                                            
State Affairs Committee meeting on February 7. Without objection, it
