objected. Senator Huggins moved and asked unanimous consent to

Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                 
NO. 236(MLV) "An Act relating to providing a death certificate for a                                                            
deceased veteran without charge; relating to a program to honor the                                                             
memory of a deceased veteran; and providing for an effective date."
