Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Gruenberg: Page 1, following line 3: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: LEGISLATIVE INTENT. It is the intent of the legislature by defining game as an asset to attempt to control the right of the people to pass a ballot initiative concerning game management under the principles discussed in Pullen v.
