SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS (continued) SB 230 The following, which was read the second time and moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2756), was again before the House: HCS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(FIN) "An Act establishing the film office in the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; creating a transferable tax credit applicable to certain film production expenditures incurred in the state; and providing for an effective date." Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Olson declared a conflict of interest.
