2007-05-04 House Journal Page 1097 SB 109 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 109(RES) "An Act relating to the regulation and permitting of drilling and other operations by the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, to civil penalties assessed by the commission, to reconsideration and appeal of decisions and the allocation of costs in investigations and hearings before the commission, and to information filed with and fees of the commission; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page RES RPT 5DP 1012 FN1: ZERO(ADM) 1012 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 109(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 109(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSB 109(RES) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Gruenberg gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 109(RES).
