    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                             
    to correct obsolete references to the office of secretary of state by                                                       
    substituting references to the office of lieutenant governor and to                                                         
    eliminate personal pronoun references in the sections proposed to                                                           
    be amended.
