Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following be taken up as a Special Order of Business:                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 202                                                                                         
    Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                             
    Legislature relating to standing committees.
