Zero, Dept. of Education & Early Development Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 259 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 259 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HB 259 pass the House?" Representative Stoltze later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 259, and reconsideration was taken up then.
