    "An Act amending the requirements for the identification card                                                               
    needed for sport fishing, hunting, and trapping without a license                                                           
    by residents who are 60 years of age or more."

    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act providing for free hunting and sport fishing licenses for                                                           
    active members of the Alaska National Guard; and amending the                                                               
    requirements for the identification card needed for sport fishing,                                                          
    hunting, and trapping without a license by residents who are 60                                                             
    years of age or more; and providing for an effective date."
