RECONSIDERATION HB 301 Representative Coghill brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB 301 (page 2420). The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 301 "An Act relating to partial-birth abortions." Representative Samuels placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 301 pass the House?" HB 297 Representative Gardner brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 297(RLS) (page 2416).
