    Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and relating to an exemption for                                                             
    persons certified by the National Institute for Certification in                                                            
    Engineering Technologies who are engaged in the design,                                                                     
    installation, maintenance, and testing of fire detection and                                                                
    suppression systems from registration as architects, engineers,
