The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 11 Special Order of Business YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Buch, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Doll, Doogan, Edgmon, Fairclough, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Holmes, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Kelly, Kerttula, LeDoux, Lynn, Meyer, Nelson, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Roses, Salmon, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Wilson Absent: Kohring And so, SCR 11 passed the House, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 184 Messages dated May 16, 2007, were read stating the Senate failed to recede from its amendment to: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 184(FIN) "An Act relating to a commemorative troops license plate and to license plates available to disabled veterans; relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance, license suspensions, mandatory impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, and notices relating to motor vehicles and driver's licenses; relating to registration of vehicles for disabled persons; and providing for an effective date." namely:
