2008-03-26 House Journal Page 2446 HB 301 Representative Coghill brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB 301 (page 2420). The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 301 "An Act relating to partial-birth abortions." Representative Samuels placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 301 pass the House?"
