2007-05-14 House Journal Page 1354 HB 162 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1350) on the following: 2007-05-14 House Journal Page 1355 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 162(L&C) "An Act relating to mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, mortgage originators, state agents who collect program administration fees, and other persons who engage in activities relating to mortgage lending; relating to mortgage loan activities; relating to an originator fund; relating to fees for mortgage loan transactions; making certain violations unfair trade practices; relating to persons who are licensed under the Alaska Small Loans Act; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 162(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 162(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 162(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 162(L&C)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 162(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
