Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Hoffman gave notice of reconsideration. SB 116 Senator Stevens moved that SENATE BILL NO. 116 "An Act relating to the Uniform Money Services Act, to money transmission services, and to currency exchange services; and providing for an effective date" be moved to the bottom of the calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 141 SENATE BILL NO. 141 "An Act relating to limited liability companies" was read the second time. Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 141 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 141 "An Act relating to limited liability companies" pass the Senate?"
