Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1088. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(JUD) was adopted. Senator French offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1: Delete "and" Page 1, line 2, following "privileges": Insert "; and providing for an effective date" Page 10, line 30: Delete "2008" Insert "2009" Senator French moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
