Senator Gary Stevens gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE                                       
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201 and moved and asked                                                   
unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time. Without objection,                              
it was so ordered and the resolution was before the Senate on
