The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 9 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Bunde and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. SB 46 SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act making capital appropriations and appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date" which had been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1370) was not in the possession of the Senate. Special Order of Business SCR 14 Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 1332) be brought up as a Special Order of Business at this time.
