NO. 9 Proclaiming Alaska Agriculture Day for 2005 and 2006, pass

SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act making capital appropriations and                                        
appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date"                            
which had been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1370) was
