SB 70                                                                                             
The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 70 "An Act relating to controlled substances                                        
regarding the crimes of manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a                                  
child, and misconduct involving a controlled substance; and providing                               
for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                          
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 70(HES) "An Act                                                    
          relating to controlled substances regarding the crimes                                    
          of manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a child,                                      
          and misconduct involving a controlled substance;                                          
          relating to listing certain anabolic steroids as                                          
          controlled substances; and providing for an effective
