The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 307 "An                                          
Act relating to a fee provided for in the rental agreement for late                                 
payment of rent under the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant                                   
Act" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 307(JUD) "An Act                                                   
          relating to notice by the landlord to the tenant of                                       
          intention to terminate a rental agreement for                                             
          nonpayment of rent under the Uniform Residential
