The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 284 "An Act                                        
relating to sentencing for the commission of a felony while under the                               
influence of alcohol" and recommended it be replaced with                                           
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 284(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          relating to sentencing for the commission of certain                                      
          offenses influenced by alcohol and to the offense of
