The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 274 "An                                      
Act relating to the disposition of surplus firearms by the state" and                               
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 274(STA) "An Act                                         
            relating to the disposition of forfeited, surplus, and                                 
          unclaimed firearms by the state."
