The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                             
SENATE BILL NO. 247 "An Act relating to the revenue sharing                                         
program; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be                                 
replaced with                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 247(CRA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the revenue sharing program and to state                                      
          aid for certain municipal underfunding of the Public                                      
          Employees' Retirement System of Alaska; and
