The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                             
SENATE BILL NO. 114 "An Act relating to consolidating or                                            
abolishing certain service areas in second class boroughs" and                                      
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 114(CRA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to consolidating or abolishing certain service                                   
          areas in second class boroughs; and providing for an                                      
          effective date."
