The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 113 "An Act                                        
relating to entry into and management of Gulf of Alaska groundfish                                  
fisheries" and recommended the adoption of the Resources Committee                                  
Substitute offered on page 1142 and further recommended the                                         
adoption of the Resources Committee Letter of Intent offered on page                                
1142. Signing do pass: Senators Wilken, Green, Cochairs; Senator                                    
Stedman. Signing no recommendation: Senators Hoffman, Olson,
