SENATE BILL NO. 112 "An Act imposing a tax on residents of                                          
regional educational attendance areas; and providing for an effective                               
date" which had been returned to the Rules Committee (page 1079)                                    
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1055.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(FIN) "An Act                                          
relating to a tax on residents of and individuals employed in regional                              
educational attendance areas and to permanent fund dividend                                         
applications; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.
