The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 104 "An                                      
Act relating to the crime of misrepresenting permanent fund dividend                                
eligibility; requiring the establishment of a permanent fund dividend                               
fraud investigation unit in the Department of Revenue; and providing
