Special Committee Reports Report dated January 24 was read, stating the Victims' Advocate Selection Committee has met and has nominated Mary Anne Henry for the position of Victims' Advocate. Mary Anne Henry meets the qualifications specified in AS 24.65.030 and her appointment becomes effective if the nomination is approved by a roll call vote of two-thirds of the legislature in joint session.
