Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee. SB 8 Senator Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a cosponsor on the SENATE BILL NO. 8 "An Act relating to a student loan repayment program for nurses, and amending the duties of the Board of Nursing that relate to this program; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 218 Senators Guess, Dyson, Elton, Kookesh, Green, Olson, Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on SENATE BILL NO. 218 "An Act relating to periodic polygraph examinations for sex offenders released on probation or parole and to sentencing for sex offenders and habitual criminals."
